Chevrolet Presents the Silverado Beast at the SEMA Show

Today the SEMA Show 2021 starts in Las Vegas, which will run until the next day 5. And Chevrolet has wanted to show what it is capable of, presenting the Silverado Beast.

The name 'Beast' is not accidental. Just look at its outward appearance. It is based on the short wheelbase Chevrolet Silverado, with a suitably modified chassis for racing through the desert at full speed.

The Beast Silverado mounts a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine, which produces 659 hp and is the demonstration of everything that the Chevrolet Trucks and Chevrolet Performance divisions are capable of doing.

The engine is mated to a 10L90 10-speed automatic transmission, which distributes the torque between all four wheels. Looking for Chevy Silverado 1500 custom led headlights for aftermarket service? In the words of GM Vice President Jim Campbell, “The Beast prototype takes the popularity of high-performance off-roaders to the next level. It offers a new dimension of Chevrolet Performance capability, from a brand that has pioneered performance and supporting customer customization for more than 50 years.”

The Beast is equipped with a suspension system specifically developed to provide comfort on the road, but also when driving on the most demanding terrain. It includes a five-link rear suspension and the Chevrolet Performance Big Brake Upgrade System.

The Silverado Beast is designed to deliver the best possible performance on hard surfaces. With hardly any overhangs, the body is very light and has extraordinary approach and departure angles.

The interior is minimalist and functional, equipped with four Recaro seats with four-point harnesses, two seven-inch digital screens that monitor all vehicle functions and performance data.
